idea ripped out of "The day after tomorrow" but I wanted to practice this brushes thing as I'm getting left behind.

Took more like an hour due to trying figure out the right techniques and brushes...

Spent 45 minutes - 1 hour on this one.  I cropped big time since the initial file was a long horizontal.  I ended up having 2 divergent focal areas and it was confusing.  So I messed with the composition some more and fixed it.

This one was fun, i don't play with perspective enough.  This time around I tried to set my music to the mood I was going for in the piece so I went with the dark knight soundtrack (grooveshark is awesome!).  I started out intending to use hard-edge brushes for hard-edged shapes, and soft-edge brushes for soft-edged shapes but i sort of lost my objective and used the same few brushes for everything.
