Mosaic of octopus.... or is it...!?

I was a bit surprised how quickly I could get this out. The weird water/fog stuff sorta failed, maybe I should edit it so the tentacle is just squirming right out of the wall?

Took about 40 minutes, the last 10 minutes mostly tweaking the living tentacle needlessly.
